Flip House
When buying our first flip house we were looking for a low purchase price and no serious work needed (read: foundation/structural issues, prior flooding, etc).
With this house our vision all along has been to build a family home. Every decision we make has this future family in mind. Our design tone is family friendly (durable), light, and inviting.

What we're Working on
Just over 2 months into the project Daniel had to step away for another job. Right now the house is in rebuilding stage. The framing is done and we are working on getting it re-wired and all of the plumbing set up for the new spaces.
